Midwest Rehab has 3 outpatient rehab facilities offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Using a goal oriented system, therapists work to set up individualized plans to help strengthen and educate patients to give them a safe and healthy way to better themselves. We treat patients of all ages with all types of orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Call today at any of

Evaluations within 24 hours, same therapist each visit and one on one treatment sessions are the key to our success. We also take pride in our local ownership and hometown therapists.
